Amber completed her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 with the amazing Peter Sterios after 5 years of practicing. She found Yoga to try to ease severe chronic back pain from her job as a Dental Hygienist - and not only did it help this, it also improved her posture, strength and overall mental and physical health.
She teaches a varied style of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga ensuring careful attention to the breath and alignment, tuning into the subtle movements in the body. Her classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, offering private or group sessions either individually or as part of a Venturi retreat.
During the Summer months Livit Adventures kindly host Amber to teach at their Idyllic luxury Glamping Site in North Devon overlooking the ocean.
Classes are for both guests and non-guests and are either help outside or inside the cosy Geodome.
A Livit experience is definitely not to be missed!

Aerial Classes with Amber!
Amber now teaches Aerial fitness at Aerial Allsorts Wadebridge!
A new venue which offers a wide variety of classes. Amber teaches five Aerial classes; Yoga, Hoop, Sling, Silks and Trapeze.
Also on offer at Aerial Allsorts is Pole, Dance and Bungee - for children and adults.
We also host Birthday / Hen Parties!
Aerial Yoga is a great restorative class which is taught very similarly to Amber's regular classes with the addition of an Aerial Yoga Trapeze which is basically a hammock with three handles at different levels to help you perform different poses. It makes a lot of positions much more accessible and also you get to hang out upside-down which is a lot of fun!
Aerial Hoop or Lyra as it is also called is steel hoop, Static Trapeze is similar to the Hoop but has a steel bar with two ropes above it. Sling is a soft hammock and the Silks have two pieces of fabric which you can climb. All are amazing in their own way, if you're not sure which one you're interested in, come along to an 'Aerial Allsorts' class where you can try out all the different pieces of equipment.
Don't worry if you feel you're 'not flexible enough' or 'not strong enough' as this all comes with practice - you will feel your body change every week. When Amber started aerial she thought it was so unachievable, as she couldn't lift my own weight at all and was the least flexible person in the class - it quickly improves if you stick with it!
Aerial Classes are available to book via the GymCatch App - just search for 'Aerial Allsorts' Wadebridge'
